Thank you very much for visiting our booth at SMTconnect & PCIM Europe 2024 in Nuremberg!​


We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers, prospective customers and business partners for visiting our booth at SMTconnect and PCIM Europe held in June. 11-13, 2024 in Nuremberg, Germany.

The exhibition gave us the opportunity to showcase our latest product line-up, which hopefully generated your interest.

Here's what we showcased at our booth;

SMT Connect
    - Multi-feature Halogen-free Lead-free solder paste
    - High reliability SABI type alloy solder paste
    - High reliability cost-effective solder paste

PCIM Europe
    - Solder paste with oxidation-reduction vacuum reflow process
      for power semiconductor device
